Getting hurt enough to keep you off your bike or riding the way you want to is a major bummer. I was reminded of this today when I saw Mary icing her elbow on the couch today. She had dislocated her elbow during her qualifying run at the last Pro GRT and made the decision to sit out her race run so she could heal up for the non-stop weekends of racing coming up this summer. I later stumbled upon this great little blog post on Pinkbike that provides great methods of stretching as a means for injury prevention.
